While we generally use incense during the meditation sessions, if you are sensitive to it, please let a member know and we will refrain from using it during the session.

To join: Go to http://groups.google.com. Enter "nhshambhala" (no caps). A page will come up with the option to click on "nhshambhala" and when you do so, you'll arrive at our page. Once there, click on "Join the List" and just follow directions for entering your info.

Directions and Parking

Entrance to 85 is on Willow Street, Building B (left entrance).
The center is on the third (top) floor.

Parking. The entrance to the parking lot is on Mitchell Drive.

If you are coming from the I-91, take exit 6. At the end of the ramp turn right onto Willow Street. For the parking lot, turn right onto Mitchell at the first light after the highway entrance. The lot entrance is 100 yards from the corner on the right.

If you are coming from Whitney Avenue area, go east on Willow Street, past Orange, Foster, and the Shell station. The Marlin Center is the brick complex on the left after the Shell station. For parking, continue past the Marlin Center to the light and take a left. Drive about 100 yards, and the entrance to the parking lot is on your right.
